Terms of Service

1. Agreement

These terms are a legal agreement between you and Techopolis, LLC. By using Start Testing, you agree to follow these terms. If you do not agree, please do not use the service.

2. What Start Testing Is

Start Testing is a QA testing platform for mobile app developers. You can use it to track issues, manage crash reports, and collaborate with your team.

3. Your Account

To use Start Testing, you need to create an account. You agree to:

  • Give us accurate information when you sign up
  • Keep your password safe and not share it with others
  • Tell us right away if someone else is using your account
  • Be at least 18 years old

You are responsible for everything that happens on your account.

4. What You Can and Cannot Do

You can use Start Testing for any lawful purpose. You cannot:

  • Break any laws or regulations
  • Upload content that you do not have the right to use
  • Try to hack, break, or interfere with the service
  • Harass, threaten, or harm other users
  • Use the service to send spam or malware
  • Pretend to be someone else

5. Your Content

You own the content you put into Start Testing. We do not claim ownership of your bug reports, files, or other data. By using the service, you give us permission to store and display your content as needed to provide the service.

6. Our Stuff

Start Testing, including the code, design, and name, belongs to Techopolis, LLC. You cannot copy, modify, or distribute our software without permission.

7. Privacy

How we handle your data is explained in our Privacy Policy. By using Start Testing, you agree to that policy too.

8. Service Changes

We may change, update, or stop parts of the service at any time. We will try to give you notice when we make big changes, but we are not required to.

9. Ending Your Account

You can delete your account at any time. We can also end your account if you break these terms or for any other reason. If your account is ended, you lose access to your data.

10. Limits on Our Responsibility

Start Testing is provided as is. We do our best to keep it running, but we cannot promise it will always work perfectly. We are not responsible for:

  • Lost data or missed deadlines
  • Problems caused by your internet connection
  • Issues with third party services
  • Anything outside our reasonable control

To the extent allowed by law, our total liability is limited to what you paid us in the past 12 months.

11. Disputes

If you have a problem with the service, please email us first at techopolis@techopolis.app. We will try to work it out. If we cannot, any legal dispute will be handled in the courts of Texas.

12. Changes to These Terms

We may update these terms from time to time. If we make big changes, we will let you know. Continuing to use Start Testing after changes means you accept the new terms.

13. Governing Law

These terms are governed by the laws of the State of Texas, United States.
